MAIN
- I have the right to refuse the commission.
- All commissions are digital products.
- The client must provide me with written clear details and at least 2 visual references of their requested character(s).
- If details such as BG, coloring, lighting or poses isn't stated or asked for, I will have free liberties as to how the art piece will look like in the end, hence as to how i'll draw it. (TLDR: If not stated even when I ask, I'll automatically assume i have creative liberties)

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING THAT:
I, the artist
- Will try to follow the request as well as I can.
- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. Unless stated otherwise.
- Reserve the right to include any showcases of the commission in my portfolio.
- Am free to post WiPs of the commission and/or stream the process. Unless stated otherwise.You, as the client
- May NOT reprint your commission for a profit. Unless the commission is for commercial use.
- MAY print your commission for personal use.
- May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
- May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
- May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

- For rendered pieces, I may include the drawing with a background along the finished piece if no specified background was mentioned.
- After the sketch has been verified, unless stated for specific color, bg, lighting, I will be finishing the art piece right after.
(Will ask for a last verification before ending the commission)

- Payment must be due in 6 days after i've accepted your request.
No refunds.
